QHow can I register as a member?
A To become a member of OWNER MARKET GLOBAL, click the [Person] icon on top of the website to display the [LOGIN/SIGN UP] pop-up. Click the [SIGN UP] and agree to the terms and conditions > Enter information according to the instructions to register.
A Click the [Person] icon on top of the website then click the [LOGIN] button. You can reset your password through [Reset password] on login page.
QHow can I cancel my membership?
A You can cancel your membership after admin's confirmation. Please leave an inquiry about membership withdrawal to the admin through Community > Contact Us > Inquiry. Please be aware that you cannot use the cryptocurrencies in the wallet that you created in the Owner Market after you cancel the membership.
A You can create a wallet on the 'My Wallet' page by clicking the [Wallet] icon on top of the website.
QWill more available currencies be added to the OWNER MARKET GLOBAL?
A Absolutely, the SGM is currently set as the first currency, but we will continue to add cryptocurrencies that can be used through the listing inquiry.
QWhere can I create/mint the NFTs?
A To create/mint the NFTs, click the [MINT] button on top of the website. You can create/mint the NFTs after upload a file, fill in the title, contents, quantities, category, royalties, and precautions agreement and so on.
QHow do I cancel the created/minted NFTs?
A Due to the nature of the blockchain, you CANNOT cancel the created/minted NFTs once it published. However, if it includes an inappropriate image or video, according to the NFT policy, the NFTs may be removed from the website without a notice.
QI want to see the created/minted NFT, all on my own. How do I do it?
A You can select the 'NFT Privacy Status' when you create/mint the NFTs. It is set as 'OPEN TO ALL' at first. Simply, you can switch to 'ONLY ME' by clicking the 'OPEN TO ALL'. After you created the NFTs as 'OPEN TO ALL', you still can switch to 'ONLY ME' in My Profile > Owned > Edit. However, you may not switch to 'ONLY ME' in case of a purchased NFT or NFT that is on sale.
QHow do I sell the created/minted NFTs?
A Select the NFT in My Profile > Owned and click the [SELL] button. After admin's approval you may sell easily by setting up the sales type and price, then click the [SELL] button.
QWhat should I do if sales approval is rejected?
A If sales approval is rejected according to the OWNER MARKET GLOBAL policy, you can find out the reasons for rejection by clicking the [Approval Rejection] button. If you fulfil the reasons for rejection, you can re-apply for sales approval. Therefore, please re-apply after you fulfil the reasons for rejection.
QCan I make a NFT payment as a non-member?
A You CANNOT make a payment as a non-member at OWNER MARKET GLOBAL. ONLY OWNER MARKET GLOBAL members can create/mint NFTs or make a payment.
A It is a NFT that has created/minted more than one (1) NFT per work. Except for works created/minted as fractions, the rest are SINGLE NFTs. The edition number is assigned subject to the created/minted NFT quantities.
A It is a NFT that has created ONLY one (1) NFT per work, then split one (1) NFT into FRACTIONS.
QWhere do I purchase the NFTs?
A Go to Market > Digital, Physical, Auction. From these three (3) menu, you can select the NFTs you want to purchase. For SINGLE NFTs, you can select the editions and price then make a purchase. For FRACTIONAL NFTs, you can select the fraction quantities then make a purchase.
QCan I cancel the NFTs I purchased?
A You CANNOT cancel the NFTs due to the nature of the blockchain. The ownership of the NFTs transferred once the payment is completed. Please pay attention when you make a payment.
QWhere can I check the NFTs I purchased?
A You can check the purchased NFTs in My Profile > Owned. Also you can see the list of NFTs that have completed payment in History when you click the [Person] icon.
